Our Installation Process
1. Consultation
We visit your home, assess entry points, review your wiring, and discuss what matters most to your security.
2. Design
We create a custom plan with camera placement, light locations, lock placement, and integration specs. You approve before work begins.
3. Installation
Our licensed electricians run power, install cameras, mount locks & keypads, wire lighting, and connect everything. Usually 2–3 days.
4. Testing & Training
We program everything, test all integrations, walk you through the app, and answer all questions. You're in control before we leave.
Questions?
Will the smart home security system work if my internet goes down?
Ring cameras need internet to send you alerts and let you view live feeds remotely. However, Level smart locks work independently with battery power, so you can still unlock doors with your code or keypad. We recommend a backup internet (cellular hotspot) for critical systems.
Can I expand the system later?
Absolutely. Add more Ring cameras, upgrade locks, or expand lighting whenever you want. Our systems are designed for easy expansion. Contact us anytime.
Do you handle the permits and electrical inspections?
Yes. Any hardwired work we do complies with NJ electrical code and passes inspection. We handle all the technical requirements—you just get a secure home.
What if I rent? Can Level locks be removed?
Yes. Level locks are completely non-invasive and reversible. They fit inside your existing deadbolt without any permanent changes. You can remove them and take them to your next home.
What about privacy? Are my camera feeds secure?
Ring uses end-to-end encryption and Amazon's security infrastructure. Your footage is yours. We don't access it. Local storage options are also available for added privacy.
